Who we are Pu Chapeau is a wedding marketplace that connects clients with vendors such as makeup artists, photographers, ateliers, wedding halls, accessory providers, and beauty centers. Information we collect We may collect: • Account details: name, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed), city, and profile photo. • Vendor details: business information, offerings, prices, images, location, and subscription/billing status. • Client details: wedding-related preferences and any information you choose to add to your profile. • Communications: chat messages (including images or voice notes you send), support requests, and ratings/reviews. • Payment information: subscription and payment status handled through our payment partner (Geidea). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. • Device and usage data: device tokens for push notifications, approximate activity (such as online/last seen for chat), IP address, and app diagnostics. • Content you upload: photos and media for listings, chat, or profile. 3. How we use your information We use your information to: • Create and manage accounts, and verify email where required. • Show vendor listings, products, places, and halls to clients. • Process vendor subscriptions and payments. • Enable chat, notifications, favourites, and ratings. • Improve safety, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms. • Provide customer support and send important service messages. • Comply with legal obligations. 4. Legal bases (where applicable) We process personal data based on: performance of a contract (providing the Service), your consent (where required), our legitimate interests (security, product improvement, and marketplace integrity), and legal obligations. 5.
