Last updated: August 5, 2026 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pu Chapeau mobile applications and related website (the "Service") operated by Pu Chapeau ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. 1. The Service Pu Chapeau is an online marketplace that helps clients discover and communicate with wedding-related vendors (including makeup artists, photographers, ateliers, wedding halls, accessory providers, and beauty centers). We provide the platform; unless we expressly state otherwise, we are not the vendor of the wedding services listed by third parties. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. 3. Account types • Clients may browse listings, save favourites, chat with vendors, and use available planning features. • Vendors may create profiles and listings, manage offerings, chat with clients, and subscribe to visibility/features according to our subscription plans. • We may require email verification, admin approval for vendors, and compliance checks before full access is granted. 4. Vendor listings and content Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, prices, availability, photos, and descriptions. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or marketplace quality standards. 5. Bookings and offline arrangements Any booking, contract, payment for wedding services, or delivery of services between a client and a vendor is solely between those parties, unless a specific feature states otherwise. Pu Chapeau is not a party to those arrangements and is not liable for vendor performance, cancellations, quality, or disputes arising from them, except to the extent required by law. 6. Subscriptions and payments Vendors may need an active subscription or trial to appear publicly or use certain features. Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment partner (Geidea). Fees, package duration, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the app. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable once the period has started. Failed or expired subscriptions may reduce visibility or access until renewed. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or policy violations. 7. Acceptable use You agree not to: • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes. • Harass other users, spam, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service. • Upload infringing, obscene, or fraudulent content. • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation or offerings. • Interfere with the security or availability of the Service. 8. Communications The Service may include in-app chat and notifications. You are responsible for the content you send. We may review or remove content that violates these Terms or law, and we may use automated or manual systems for safety. 9. Intellectual property The Pu Chapeau name, logos, app design, and platform content (excluding user content) are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. 10. Ratings and feedback Ratings and reviews must be honest and lawful. We may remove feedback that appears fake, abusive, or unrelated to actual use of the Service. 11. Disclaimers THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT VENDOR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. 12. Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BU CHAPEAU AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) EGP 1,000. 13. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your dealings with other users, to the extent permitted by law. 14. Suspension and termination We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, fail required approvals, or for operational/legal reasons. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion subject to our Privacy Policy and legal retention needs. 15. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. 16. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
